, an alternative investment platform for financial advisors, has launch its new software-as-a-service, CAIS Solutions.

“CAIS Solutions will reduce the operational burden of executing and managing alternative investments by leveraging CAIS’ pre-trade, trade, and post-trade technology,” Matt Brown, founder and CEO of CAIS, said.

The new offering centralizes all alternative investment funds onto one platform. This includes funds purchased directly from managers, funds sourced from other platforms, and all legacy fund positions.  

CAIS Solutions offers two technology products that can be used together or separately: CAIS Trade, which streamlines the alternative investment subscription process, and CAIS Post-Trade, which scales the operational management of a firm's data and document requirements.   

CAIS Solutions was formally unveiled at the 2023 CAIS Alternative Investment Summit in Los Angeles.  

The rise of CAIS – founded over a decade ago, and other organizations such as iCapital and Moonfare – speaks to how access to alternative assets such as private equity, hedge funds and venture capital is being opened up beyond the traditional territory of large banks, sovereign wealth funds and institutions such as pension funds.
